I uploaded my first Deviation last night. Exciting!

I'm thinking of embarking on a new visual journal, and if any of the pages turn out well, I'll upload them too. I'm going to have to make the blank book itself first, though, so it may be a while before I'm ready to upload anything from it. I've also considered using an altered book (à la moderngypsy.com) instead of making a new blank book, but that's something I haven't tried before. I still get a little squirmy at the thought of MESSING UP A BOOK (hey, books are my holy relics, okay? I didn't even highlight or underline or otherwise annotate my textbooks in college.), but my library is selling off some old, crappy books, and I think I might go get one and give it a shot. Unfortunately, the library won't be open again till Tuesday. Well, technically speaking, it's open right now, but by the time I got there it wouldn't be.

Those of you who do not live in small towns: do not take your advantages for granted.
